Trust and guidance
One carefully coordinated tutor group
PAIRO works as one coordinated tutor group, with human guidance throughout matching. It is not an open marketplace with public profiles, filters, rankings, or bidding.
A coordinated group, not a directory
Families describe the learner’s needs and PAIRO considers a possible fit within the approved tutor group. Parents are not asked to sort through a long directory or judge tutors by invented scores.
A proposed tutor still depends on relevant teaching fit and practical availability, so a match is not guaranteed.
The three checks before approval
Before tutor approval, the intended screening standard covers three distinct checks:
- Identity verification.
- Academic-document verification.
- A teaching interview and demonstration.

Teaching fit for the learner
A match considers the learner’s subject, level, current difficulty, pace, communication needs, and the kind of explanation or guided practice that may help.
The proposal should explain why the teaching approach may fit. It cannot promise placement, availability, or an academic result.
What stays private
Tutor identity documents and academic documents stay within the appropriate verification process rather than becoming public profile material. Learner information should likewise be limited to what is needed for matching and lessons.
Ongoing responsibility
Approval is the beginning of responsibility, not the end. Tutors are expected to prepare, teach respectfully, send useful parent updates, and raise concerns rather than conceal them.
PAIRO remains responsible for clear coordination when the arrangement, teaching fit, or availability needs to be reviewed.
